LIS Academy - Shaping the Future of Mobility Skills
The Centralised LIS Academy is the Learning & Development and capability-building arm of Lucas Indian Service Limited (LIS). Established in April 2024, the Academy serves as a national platform to upskill, reskill, and future-proof the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.
Designed to cater to a wide spectrum of stakeholders-including LIS employees, channel partners, mechanics, technicians, students (ITI, Diploma, Engineering), fleet operators, defence establishments, institutes, and aspiring youth-LIS Academy is committed to building industry-ready talent for today and tomorrow.
